GALA ROYALE

A BLACK TIE DINNER & FUNDRAISING AUCTION IN SUPPORT OF THE NEW ARCHIVES, RESEARCH & COLLECTIONS (ARC) FACILITY

On behalf of the Trustees and staff of Tasman Bays Heritage Trust | Nelson Provincial Museum Pupuri Taonga o Te Taiao, we would like to extend our sincere and heartfelt thanks for your support of our Gala Royale Black Tie Dinner & Fundraising Auction.

As our first major fundraising event, the Gala Royale Dinner showcased the power of community. It proved that when people come together behind a common purpose, extraordinary things can happen. The support we received has given us renewed confidence and momentum as we continue our important work.

With more than 250 guests in attendance including the Mayor of Tasman Tim King, Deputy Mayor of Nelson Pete Rainey and Nelson MP Rachel Boyack, the evening was a remarkable celebration of our region's heritage and the community that values and champions its preservation. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our sponsors, auction item donors, table purchasers, bidders, and guests, together we raised more than $31,000 to help protect and preserve our region's treasured heritage collections for future generations.

Thank you for being part of this special evening and for helping make it such a resounding success. Every ticket purchased and bid placed demonstrated a shared commitment to protecting our heritage for generations to come.

We look forward to sharing more exciting initiatives with you in the months ahead, and details of how you can continue to support ARC. Together, we are preserving our heritage for future generations.
